At REDD+ Brazil Nut Concessions (REDD+ BN) we seek to contribute to the improvement of the social, economic and political conditions of the women who are members of the project, in an environment of equity and free of violence.
In line with our compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), REDD+ BN promotes gender equality (SDG 5) and seeks to empower all Brazil nut women by making their reality known.
We involve women by recognizing how important it is to make their opinions known and their voice visible.
Our REDD+ BN conservation project protects +500,000 hectares of megadiverse forests together with +700 partner families in Madre de Dios.
