With more than twenty-five years of professional experience in Management, Planning and Monitoring of Development Programs and Projects, Conservation and Management of Natural Resources in the Amazon and Tropical Andes. Specialized in Public Management and International Cooperation (USAID, EU and FAO). Biologist from San Antonio Abad University of Cusco, with Master's Degree in Social Management at PUCP and Public Management at USMP. He has postgraduate degrees in Management by Results, Environmental Management and Development, Management of Wildlife Areas and Buffer Zones, and Project Management with PMI approach. With extensive experience working in Natural Protected Areas, Climate Change, REDD+ Projects, Community Forest Management and Socio-Environmental Monitoring. He has worked with Peasant, Native and Settler Communities in Community Relations, Conflict Resolution and Organizational Strengthening. He was Regional Coordinator of Civil Society Collectives and of the Mesa de Concertación para la Lucha Contra la Pobreza in Madre de Dios.
