Bosques Amazónicos BAM participates in COP25 as part of the Peruvian delegation in the private sector

The pressing need to find joint solutions to environmental conservation problems and reach global agreements in this regard are international priorities. This year, COP25, an international conference promoted by the United Nations to consolidate strategies to combat climate change, was held. Although no agreements were reached with regard to article 6 of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the dialogue at the conference and the interventions of both government and private initiatives reflected consensus regarding the urgent need to take immediate and strident efforts to reduce CO2 emissions worldwide.  Bosques Amazónicos BAM participated in the conference as part of the private sector contingent of the Peruvian delegation to COP25.
